Jose is available for consultations in Gieterveen on Mondays through Thursdays. This also applies to telephone consultations. On Fridays and Saturdays we are available in Huizen. After making a telephone appointment, you will receive an extensive questionnaire to fill out before your first consultation. This allows us to prepare well and get started immediately.

Preparation for your first appointment
After making a telephone appointment, you will receive an extensive questionnaire to fill out before your first consultation. This questionnaire helps us get a complete picture of your health, medical history, and lifestyle. This way, we can make optimal use of the intake and immediately draw up a personalized plan.
Rates at a glance
- General intake 1st consultation Gieterveen location including OligoScan: €150,00
- OligoScan collection in Huizen by Kim, followed by a scheduled telephone consultation with Jose: €100,00
- General follow-up consultation: €100,00
- HPV treatment (sessions 1-10): €85 per session
- HPV treatment (sessions 11+): €60 per session
- Telephone consultation (30 min): €60
Cancellation policy: cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, €40 will be charged.
