Rates Overview
At HPV Health we use fixed rates. During the intake, we will discuss which treatments and tests suit your situation, so you know what to expect in advance.
Consultations

Local supportive treatments

Additional testing

Health insurance reimbursement
Our treatments fall under complementary care. This means that basic insurance does not reimburse these costs. However, some supplemental insurance policies do reimburse (a portion of) the costs for complementary medicine.
We recommend that you contact your health insurer prior to the treatment and ask about the reimbursement for:
- Complementary/alternative medicine
- Treatment by a BIG-registered doctor
- Treatment by an AVIG-affiliated doctor
Jose van Ditmarsch is BIG-registered as a general practitioner (GP) and is a member of the AVIG (Association of Doctors for Integrative Medicine). This increases the chance of (partial) reimbursement with many insurers.
Cancellation policy
We maintain the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance: free of charge.
- Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: € 40 will be charged. You will receive an invoice which must be paid within 7 days.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will look for a suitable solution together.
Payment
Payment takes place after the consultation or treatment. You can pay by cash or debit card. You will always receive an invoice that you can submit to your health insurer if you have supplemental insurance.
