The process

Method of work: what does a treatment process look like?

A holistic approach focused on support. Our guidance does not address the local issue alone, but approaches the body and mind as a whole. We work as a complement to your regular medical care through an individual approach.

Years of experience

With a background of more than 25 years of experience as a general practitioner, my current practice focuses on homeopathy and orthomolecular medicine. Since January 2020, my particular area of focus and expertise has been the complementary support of clients with HPV-related issues, always in close consideration of the regular gynecological guidelines.

The process in 5 steps

At HPV Health, we work according to a clear and transparent process. Below you can see exactly what to expect, from initial contact to the follow-up after treatment. Each step is carefully reviewed with you so that you always know where you stand.

1

Initial contact

You can contact us without obligation by phone or email. We will answer your questions and discuss whether an intake with us fits your situation. You can also have your general practitioner (GP) or gynecologist refer you first.

2

Intake

The intake for HPV usually takes place by phone. The costs for this are €60,00. During this session, we extensively review your medical history, look at your smear test results, and discuss lifestyle and nutrition. This forms the basis for your personal treatment plan.

3

Personal treatment plan

Based on the intake, we look at how we can best support your overall health. This advice may consist of targeted recommendations regarding supplementation, nutrition, and lifestyle interventions, possibly supplemented with complementary options, always in consultation with your treating physician.

4

Treatment

Depending on your personal situation and the exact results from your regular gynecologist, we discuss the options for complementary support or specific local applications at our locations in Gieterveen or Huizen. Please note: these processes are intended solely as a complement to, and never as a replacement for, regular medical care.

5

Check-up and follow-up

We strongly recommend that you always have follow-up smear tests and medical check-ups carried out through the regular channels (your general practitioner or gynecologist), in line with the national medical guidelines. During this period, we can continue to support you with consultations (€100) to closely support your overall vitality and immune system throughout this process.

Collaboration with your gynecologist

It is important to emphasize that our treatment is complementary to regular care and does not replace it. We work alongside your general practitioner (GP) and gynecologist. You always remain under the care of your own doctor.

We advise you to keep your gynecologist informed about the treatment at HPV Health. Many of our clients experience positive support from our guidance during their regular check-ups. Our approach focuses on supporting your overall immune system and a local, complementary care of the tissue, as an addition to your doctor's regular monitoring.

With CIN 3, gynecological treatment (LEEP procedure/conization) is always necessary. In that case, we can indeed work supportively to strengthen your immune system, aimed at recovery after the procedure.

Transparent costs

We believe it is important that you know the costs in advance. Below you will find an overview of our rates. There are no hidden costs.
