The process

Method: what does a treatment process look like?

Holistic treatment that works. Treatments that do not just combat symptoms, but approach the body and mind as a whole. Whether it concerns an HPV diagnosis or other complaints, we work complementarily through an individual approach. We look at the causes and the effect on the body.

Years of experience

A general practitioner (GP) for more than 25 years. Specialized in homeopathy, orthomolecular medicine and, since January 2020, in HPV-related issues.

The process in 5 steps

At HPV Health, we work according to a clear and transparent process. Below you can see exactly what you can expect, from the first contact to the follow-up after treatment. Each step is carefully reviewed with you so that you always know where you stand.

1

First contact

You can contact us by phone or e-mail without obligation. We will answer your questions and discuss whether an intake with us fits your situation. You can also have your general practitioner (GP) or gynecologist refer you first.

2

Intake

During the intake (1 to 1.5 hours, cost €150), we extensively review your medical history, look at your smear test results, discuss lifestyle and nutrition, and complete questionnaires together. This forms the basis for your personal treatment plan.

3

Personal treatment plan

Based on the intake, we draw up a tailor-made plan. This may consist of blood tests, genetic testing (to look for MTHFR mutations, among others), supplementation, nutritional advice, and the escharotic treatment.

4

Treatment

Depending on your situation, we start with the escharotic treatment, supplements, and/or lifestyle adjustments. The treatments take place at our location in Gieterveen or Huizen. The number of sessions varies per person.

5

Check-up and follow-up

Approximately 6 weeks after the last treatment, we perform a new smear test to assess the result. Follow-up consultations (€100) are scheduled as long as necessary. We monitor your progress closely.

Collaboration with your gynecologist

It is important to emphasize that our treatment is complementary to regular care and does not replace it. We work alongside your general practitioner (GP) and gynecologist. You always remain under the supervision of your own doctor.

We advise you to keep your gynecologist informed about the treatment at HPV Health. Many of our patients find that their gynecologist is positively surprised by the results. Our approach focuses on strengthening your immune system and locally treating abnormal cells, exactly where regular care often adopts a 'wait and see' policy.

For CIN 3, gynecological treatment (LEEP procedure/conization) is always necessary. In that case, we can work supportively to strengthen your immune system and prevent recurrence after the procedure.

Transparent costs

We believe it is important that you know the costs in advance. Below you will find an overview of our rates. There are no hidden costs.

Treatment Rate Explanation
Intake consultation € 150 1 to 1.5 hours, extensive first meeting
Follow-up consultation € 100 Check-up, monitoring, and plan adjustment
HPV treatment (1-10) € 85 per session First 10 treatments
